Waldhimbeergeist

Our wild raspberry distillate exudes a succinct and lively raspberry aroma. A fine and spicy rose note and some green tea in the nose make the brandy quite special. It is enormously powerful with very persistent flavours of raspberry puree in the finish.

Description

Organically grown raspberries are macerated in the purest grain spirit and then gently distilled. After resting for one year, the distillate is rectified with spring water to 40% vol. bottled strength.

Serving recommendation

Our Waldhimbeergeist is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
