Wilde Zwetschke

The spirit shows aromas of very ripe plums; quite juicy on the palate with a light and fine spicy note. Very long and elegant in the finish.

The Mostviertel house-plum comes from the heart of the Mostviertel and is picked by hand without the stems. The pits are removed gently in the cellar; this serves to preserve the pure and intense flavour of plums. The plum-mash is then fermented under temperature control.
