The lemon liqueur is bright yellow; very refreshing in the nose with its generous citrus notes. On the palate it delivers a very lovely interplay between sweet and sour, an expression that is quite refreshing.
Description
Fresh organic lemons are macerated with the rinds because the rind contains many essential oils, which impart a unique aroma. Afterward, the macerated lemons are put in grain alcohol of our own production. Beet sugar is used for the refinement and elaboration, and the liqueur is rectified to 18% alcohol.
