Description
Apricot brandy
A fresh nose, subtle and finely spiced, ripe apricot fruit, sweet. Light almond notes, present even more on the palate with fine form and pleasant spiciness: ripe, concentrated and pointed. Plenty of focus, densely put-together and rich in extract.
Description
We exclusively use sun-ripened apricots from the largest apricot producing district in Austria. Kittsee in Burgenland is a wonderful locale for sun-ripened fruit, since the Pannonian climate gives the apricots many hours of sunshine, and thus a wonderful depth of flavour. As fermentation draws to a close, the apricot pits are removed – they are subsequently used as valuable fuel for our biomass heating system.
The result: a fresh nose, subtle and finely spiced, ripe apricot fruit, sweet. Light almond notes, present even more on the palate with fine form and pleasant spiciness: ripe, concentrated and pointed. Plenty of focus, densely put-together and rich in extract.
Serving recommendation
