In the nose, clear and very fine notes of Williams pear, fullbodied with a long finish. With every sip, one has the impression of biting into a fresh pear.
Description
Our Williams pears grow and ripen in the Mostviertel of Lower Austria and in the Steiermark. They attain an absolutely complete ripeness by being kept in wooden boxes in our cellar-house, in the course of which they acquire a unique and marvellous aroma. The stem and the core are carefully removed so that the intense Williams fruit alone remains.
