This spirit presents a wonderful pear fruit. Very fine aromas of pear with an intense medium-sweet note of marzipan and clear citrus-rind aromas. This distillate is very smooth and fine. A great deal of fruit on the palate, with a fine, fresh and acid-toned finish.
Description
The Speckbirne is an old cider pear variety, and has been growing for hundreds of years in the Mostviertel, where its high stock trees are one of the distinguishing characteristics of the landscape, yielding juicy cider pears that are gathered by hand.

Our Speckbirne is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
