Zirbenschnaps

Stone Pine Liqueur

Light onionskin colour, very fine and elegant nose of resin and fresh bark, very fresh and sweetish taste on the palate, fine blend of pine nuts, cinnamon and clove, very long finish. The pine trees come from the Austrian Alps and have small cones. These trees can grow up to 25 meters high and be up to 1,000 years old. The purple female cones are harvested for the Zirbenschnaps and macerated in purest grain spirit. Refined with organic beet sugar and adjusted to bottling strength, our Zirbenschnaps has achieved perfection.

Serving recommendation

Our Zirbenschnaps is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
